Use Of Logos

Logos of OrthoHeal and it’s products brands are registered trademark and prohibited to use without permission. There should not be any misleading information published with OrthoHeal’s logo which vary in terms of ethics and cogitation from the ‘OrthoHeal Oﬃcial Website’.

Logos should always be used as pure form with no stretch or any text added to it. Below is the correct form of using our logos :

OrthoHeal logo itself representation of OrthoHeal which is registered mark.

For FlexiOH logo, both are correct with or without tagline.

For RizyCure logo, both are correct with or without tagline.

For the darker background and for the better visibility of logo, the correct way of use are shown below :

Website

For making a separate website in a local language, we suggest two ways –

(A) We will provide you a mirror of our oﬃcial language where you can edit and translate English text in your local language. The translated text should be exact translation of the english text on the oﬃcial website. You are not allowed to manipulate things and showing OrthoHeal as subsidiary or claming our achievements as yours. We will let your, local address as primary contact for your territory or country. But, you will have to keep the parent company information on the contact page. We will also provide you the query generated from the website to your mail inbox, where you will be getting your local inquiry regarding procurements.

All the domain and admin rights will be owned by the company ‘OrthoHeal’ only. You will be provided to edit and translate it to your local language.

(B) The other way, If you have your company website in your local language that you can add all information in your product section. Where you can only claim that you are a distribution partner or company representative in your teritory or country. You can use all the product related information and images provided from our side. You can also provide links to our main website for full information.

We will be monitoring your website of either way of information which should not violet or mislead of our IP rights.

Social

For media networking and promotion, we have our oﬃcial page on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Twitter and Youtube. We regularly, promote our news and updates whenever new variants and training videos are out.

For Facebook, we are providing each country individual page which is linked to the main page. This page has facility of cross-posting and whenever we post on main page that are posted on every country page. You will be provided right to manage your country OrthoHeal Facebook page and able to post in your local language for promotion locally. Our promotional post will also help you to grow your business locally.

For other social platforms, we don’t have cross posting options. So, we will suggest you to share our post from our main page in your own language to your company or individual business proﬁle or page.

The content you are posting in your local language should be relevant and with correct information. It should not have fake claiming or other which are never claimed by the main company

Awards

All the awards and certiﬁcations on company website are won by the “JC OrthoHeal Private Limited”. You or your company are not allowed to showcase anywhere as claiming the owner of these awards and certiﬁcation.

Publication

For publication in printed media, videos on social media platform and TV advertising. You are allowed to use our video or part of videos for local promotion.

But, its mandatory to mention in the footer that “ * (Name of the brand logo) is registreted treatmark of JC OrthoHeal Private Limited, India” if you are using logo or product images.

Conclusion

You or your company are prohibited to claim OrthoHeal as your company anywhere in the text or documentation. You are a channel partner or distribution partner of ‘OrthoHeal’ for your territory or country. You or your company is not part or subsidiary of ‘OrthoHeal Company’.
